A little about us and what we do:

Patrick Construction is a family owned small business, specializing in building custom homes in the South Bay. Our experience includes decades of work on a range of homes. We’ve built many popular beach styles as well as modern and craftsman. We partner with local subcontractors, bringing together a team of trades to complete a home. Our business is licensed by the California State License Board, and bonded and insured.

When it comes to creating a new home, we believe that your home will likely be the most important asset you ever own. And once completed, a new home is part of daily life for years to come. Many important life moments take place at home.

So, when you decide to build, we hope you find a builder and a team that you can trust. Read on to learn about what makes our business different for our clients.

Our Mission:

  • We build custom homes, so that when individuals and families move in upon completion of their new residence, they can focus on their lives, their most important work and life moments.

  • We hope to both meet and exceed our customer’s needs, through informed and thoughtful decision making.

  • And, when circumstances don’t live up to that, we are present to make it right.

Company Values:

  1. We believe in keeping our clients informed.

    • Clients are regularly notified and kept informed about: cost, schedule, quality, ordering decisions, and included in team coordination.

  2. We believe in attentive and thoughtful service to our clients.

    • Clients have many questions, concerns, and decisions to make during the build process. Our responses will be prompt as time and situation allows. Sometimes we may be able to provide an answer on the spot. Other times may require review, research, or input from others before we can answer. Responses will be carefully thought out, taking into account a number of factors.

  3. We believe our clients are deserving of the truth, to be well-advised about their home in a way that is balanced, sensible, and reasonable.

    • Clients may be surprised at the number of issues preventing them from obtaining a 100% custom home. State and City Building Code, plan drawings, and stage of the build, can hinder exact placement of equipment and materials per client direction. We share with our clients these limitations, with some regularity. Although opportunities for changes may be possible, cost or schedule impacts may play an important factor in these decisions. When these do arise, we will be present to help clients evaluate the options.
